Payment
Payment can be made via Klarna or credit card.

Incorrect/Defective Product
Occasionally, our slippers may have manufacturing defects that are not detected during packaging. If you discover that the product you received is defective, please send us a picture of the defect to info@mineblox.com so that we can replace it with a new pair.

Right of Withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.

Shipping Policy
Delivery times vary between 6-15 days.

Unclaimed Package
If you do not pick up your ordered package, a fee of 5 GBP will be charged. This fee covers shipping and handling costs and will be deducted from your refund via Klarna. If your order is less than 5 GBP, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must be in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and a refund will only be issued once we have received the package. Refunds are made to your bank account or bank-giro. The refund typically takes place within 5 business days after we have received and approved your return. It may take a few days before the amount appears in your account, depending on your bank.

Import and Fees
As a buyer, you are responsible for acting as the importer when products are purchased from info@mineblox.com and delivered to your country. This means you are responsible for paying any applicable VAT, customs duties, and other related import fees that may arise upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and vary by country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for detailed information about these costs before making your purchase.

Please note that Supermind.shop has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Any additional charges for customs clearance must also be handled by you as the buyer.
